JOHN PARKER
Co-Owner, MyddeltonParker Builders
John Parker, co-owner of MyddeltonParker Builders, is responsible for business development and operations for the company. Born and raised until elementary school in Tallahassee, John moved to the Atlanta area where he graduated from Roswell High School and then attended the University of Georgia.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, John worked as a Project Manager for Tisoft, Inc. in Fairfax, Virginia, and then with Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte, NC for three years, where he was responsible for office construction management in the Bank of America headquarter buildings. There he became a member of the Bank of America Corporate Real Estate Hall of Fame. Following his desire to transition into residential construction, John became a Partner with Smith, Scott and Associates, Inc., a high-end residential builder and remodeler.
In 2003, John moved back to Tallahassee, Florida and opened MyddeltonParker Builders with Jake Myddelton. John currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Remodeler’s Council of the Tallahassee Builders Association, member of the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Builders Association, and the Tallahassee Young Entrepreneurs Association. He holds a Certified Building license in the State of Florida.
